Roles We Are Hiring For
We are interested in candidates across the following disciplines:
AI / ML Engineer — Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered systems. Work across the full ML lifecycle from data preparation and model training through to production deployment and monitoring.
Software Engineer — Architect and build robust, scalable applications and services. Contribute across frontend, backend, or full-stack depending on your expertise.
Data Scientist / Analyst — Extract insight from complex datasets, develop predictive models, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
DevOps / Platform Engineer — Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling that enables teams to ship reliably and at scale.
What We Are Looking For
We welcome candidates at all levels. Expectations scale with seniority:
Junior / Graduate — Foundational technical skills, strong learning mindset, and academic or project-based experience in a relevant discipline.
Mid-level — 2–5 years of hands-on experience, demonstrated ability to own features or components end-to-end, and a collaborative working style.
Senior — 5+ years of experience, technical depth in at least one domain, and a track record of delivering impactful work independently.
Lead / Principal — Significant experience driving technical strategy, mentoring teams, and influencing architecture and engineering culture across an organisation.
General Technical Skills
Depending on the role you are applying for, relevant skills may include:
Programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, Go, or Rust
Machine learning frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Containerisation and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes
Data platforms and warehousing tools such as Spark, dbt, Snowflake, or BigQuery
Software development practices including version control, code review, and automated testing
Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or MLOps tooling is highly regarded
